Parents are required under the law to care for their children, to demonstrate care and respect, and to observe their duties of upbringing to meet the interests and needs of their children.

Computer games and the Internet are a natural part of life for today's children, and something which parents need to know as much about as they do about other parts of their children's lives.

Studies show that the participation of children and adolescents in organised recreational activities, under the direction of a responsible instructor, is of preventive value and gives them a feeling of physical and mental wellbeing.

As children grow older and more mature they acquire various rights, but at the same time they need to assume individual responsibility and to fulfil their obligations.
